Bookings & the app
Classes are booked through our website/app or in studio, subject to availability. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified automatically if a spot opens. We reserve the right to adjust the timetable, instructors, or class capacity (max 8 per class) where needed.
Memberships & class passes
Memberships (2x, 3x, or 4x per week) run on a minimum 3-month commitment from the start date, billed monthly. Class passes (single, 5-pass, 10-pass) are valid as stated at checkout and are non-transferable. To pause, change, or cancel a membership, contact studio@diadempilates.com — changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
Intro Offer
Our Intro Offer ($79 for 2 weeks of unlimited Reformer, including one Yin Yoga class) is available once per new client. If you join a membership within 7 days of your Intro Offer starting, your $79 is credited toward your first membership payment.
Payments
All prices are in AUD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay); we do not store your full card details. If a scheduled membership payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and may pause your booking access until payment is resolved.
Cancellations & no-shows
We ask for at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or change a booking. Cancelling inside 6 hours ("late cancellation") incurs a $15 fee, or forfeits the class credit used for that booking. A no-show incurs a $15 fee and forfeits the class credit.
This policy helps us keep classes small and fair to instructors and other clients on the waitlist.
Health, safety & liability waiver
Reformer Pilates is physical activity carrying inherent risk. Before your first class, you must complete our health screening and liability waiver, honestly disclosing injuries, pregnancy, or relevant medical conditions. If you're pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a medical condition that may affect your participation, we recommend clearance from your doctor before starting. By attending a class, you confirm the information in your waiver is accurate and current, and you participate at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
Studio conduct
Please arrive on time (late arrivals may not be able to join a class in progress, for safety), wear grip socks, and treat instructors and fellow clients with respect. We may refuse entry or membership to anyone whose conduct puts others' safety or experience at risk.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Diadem Pilates is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in classes, except where caused by our negligence.
Website & app use
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. Content on our website and app — including our name, logo, and studio content — belongs to Diadem Pilates and may not be used without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as our booking app and studio policies develop. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
